Congratulations to Mr. Dinh Hong Ky on his appointment as Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Business Associations (HUBA), Term VII.
On December 13, 2022, HUBA held its 7th Congress of Delegates for the 2022–2027 term.
At the congress, Mr. Đinh Hồng Kỳ – Chairman of Secoin – was elected as Vice Chairman of HUBA, responsible for investment cooperation affairs.
At the congress, Mr. Dinh Hong Ky – Chairman of Secoin – delivered a speech and contributed ideas on the development of a circular economy and a green economy.
According to Mr. Ky, HUBA should establish a Sustainable Development Committee, emphasizing the importance of five core sectors within the circular economy.
He also suggested that specialized seminars should be organized to raise awareness among government authorities about this new economic model. In addition, Mr. Ky emphasized the need to expand international cooperation on sustainable development, while also strengthening domestic collaboration to bring foreign expertise and knowledge back to Vietnam.
Furthermore, he highlighted the importance of seeking green financial resources for businesses, in support of a green economy and efforts to combat climate change.
With the theme “Strong Enterprises – Thriving Ho Chi Minh City,” the congress set out eight key goals and tasks for the 2022–2027 term.
