After graduating from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 1988, he began working at the Information Technology Service and Consulting Company (later renamed Secoin Trading and Investment Services Company). Thanks to his dynamism, bold thinking, willingness to take action, along with consistent effectiveness and relentless effort, he was officially appointed General Director of Secoin after just five years with the company.
