On November 15, 2023, the Mekong Connect Forum 2023 was held in Ho Chi Minh City, chaired by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Ministry of Science and Technology. At the program, Mr. Dinh Hong Ky – Chairman of Secoin, Chairman of the Council of the Institute for ESG and Sustainable Development (IES) presented a speech: “Five key industries for the circular economy in Ho Chi Minh City”.
Through the presentation “Five key industries for circular economy in Ho Chi Minh City”, Mr. Dinh Hong Ky – Chairman of Secoin, Chairman of the Council of the Institute of ESG and Sustainable Development (IES), Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association (HUBA) in charge of sustainable development, Permanent Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Construction and Building Materials Association (SACA) raised the benefits and challenges of the circular economy, thereby creating a huge revolution in the global economy, new business models, new consumption models. And presented 5 key industries of the circular economy with investment and development opportunities.
At the end of the presentation, attendees gained useful knowledge and a clear understanding of the benefits, challenges, and investment opportunities in the circular economy.
