Goodbye beautiful Amsterdam! Leaving the Netherlands with a heart full of emotions. Remembering this day exactly 5 years ago, the couple arrived in the Netherlands with 2 suitcases full of bricks along with a long journey to many different cities by all means: train, taxi, bus, walking, … to “knock on the door” of brick businesses here. But the polite but indifferent handshake, the scrutinizing eyes, the business story along with a quick cup of coffee with each customer, then continued marching…
Now after 5 years, we are back in a completely different position. Customers took turns welcoming us respectfully from the moment we landed at Schiphol airport. It was a pride to witness the large warehouses, 4-5 floors high filled with Secoin bricks in many different big cities, the showrooms and stores spread from the Netherlands to Belgium displaying extremely beautifully and professionally the bricks made by the hands of Vietnamese artisans. It was touching to see the affection of the partners, the meetings with the whole family, from the boss to the employees who took the whole day off to travel hundreds of kilometers to meet. Then there were lunches at the ancient castle from the 18th century in Utrecht, luxurious dinners at the Harbour club in the center of Amsterdam, … and long trips in a luxury car and a driver hired by the partner to visit business locations as well as famous landmarks such as Keukenhof garden, Royal Delft from the 16th century, …
Coming to the Netherlands on King Day and feeling like being a King!!!
A Secoin tile with a Tulip flower painted by Van Gogh will be launched on this event!
Thank you, Netherlands and see you again!
