Mr. Dinh Hong Ky Takes on a New Role at DIG<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Mr. Dinh Hong Ky has been appointed Chairman of DIG\u2019s Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, effective September 25, replacing Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong.<\/p>\n

Development Investment Construction JSC (HOSE: DIG) announced the appointment of Mr. Dinh Hong Ky as Chairman of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, replacing Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong, effective September 25, 2026. Mr. Cuong will continue to serve as Chairman of DIG\u2019s Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

Prior to assuming his new position, Mr. Dinh Hong Ky served as an Independent Member of DIG\u2019s Board of Directors and concurrently held several positions at the company, including Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.<\/p>\n

Mr. Ky was elected as an Independent Member of DIG\u2019s Board of Directors in July 2023. In addition to his role at DIG, he currently serves as Chairman of Secoin Corporation, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Construction and Building Materials Association (SACA), and Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Green Business Association (HGBA).<\/p>\n

Streamlining Branch Operations<\/h2>\n

Alongside the management changes, DIG is carrying out procedures to streamline operations at several of its affiliated units.<\/p>\n

On September 22, DIG\u2019s Board of Directors announced that it had initiated procedures to terminate the operations of the company\u2019s branch in Long An Province, which is now part of Tay Ninh Province. Previously, at the end of August, DIG had also initiated procedures to terminate the operations of its DIC Star Apart\u2019 Hotel Landmark Vung Tau branch.<\/p>\n

In addition, at the end of July, DIG\u2019s Board of Directors approved the relevant documents and procedures to complete the transfer of portions of four subdivisions, covering a total area of more than 15.3 hectares, within the Dai Phuoc Eco-Tourism Urban Area project in Dong Nai Province.<\/p>\n

Regarding its business performance, DIG ended the first half of 2026 with net revenue of VND 737 billion, up 73% year-on-year. The majority of this revenue came from real estate transfers, which generated nearly VND 550 billion, 2.3 times the figure recorded in the same period last year.<\/p>\n

Net profit exceeded VND 133 billion, 4.2 times the year-earlier figure. After the first six months of the year, DIG had achieved approximately one-quarter of its full-year profit target.<\/p>\n

DIG also recently announced the results of its 2025 stock dividend issuance, raising its charter capital to nearly VND 8.442 trillion.<\/p>\n
