Amid the boom in construction investment, opportunities are enormous. However, if domestic enterprises fail to improve financial management and transparency, there is a real risk that they will remain only subcontractors. In such a scenario, when large-scale infrastructure projects surge, international contractors and financially strong corporations will dominate the role of main contractors.<\/p>\n

The strong increase in public investment presents a golden opportunity for the construction industry. Yet this is not merely a phase of building more projects\u2014it is a critical moment for the industry to upgrade its financial strength and competitiveness.<\/p>\n

Without sufficient working capital and stable access to credit, businesses can easily fall into a vicious cycle: cash shortages \u2013 construction \u2013 waiting for payments \u2013 cash shortages again. Achieving double-digit growth means a significant increase in project volume.
