On October 20, 2021, a panel discussion themed “How to Make the Construction Industry a Key Economic Sector” was organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Construction and Building Materials (SACA). At the event, Mr. Dinh Hong Ky shared several insights and perspectives during the discussion.
